This is a means of saving a tooth that has been damaged by deep decay, breakage or infection and restoring the tooth to good health.
Why Endodontics/Root Canal Treatment?
This should only be required when, as a result of a broken tooth, the root canal has become infected by bacteria. This can be painful and the infection could spread, which is the point at which treatment would be required.
The purpose of the treatment is to remove the bacteria from inside the tooth and to disinfect the root canals. Once clean, the canals are filled to seal then from re-infection.
Given the nature of the treatments, it can be quite a long process, but we ebsure results by our consultation with the patients, use of the latest equipment and highest quality materials.
